Plants, equipment, vehicles and manpower involved in construction are typically major sources of noise pollution. DBL monitors source and ambient noise levels with the help of a CPCB approved laboratory in all project locations. Diesel generator sets and equipment,at the site undergo maintenance every quarter to limit noise pollution.
A SDBL EHS engineer coordinates with third-party laboratories and ensures use of exhaustive sampling points, calibrated instruments and approved methods.

DBL considers Environment Health and Safety (EHS) an integral part of its strategic development model. It is committed towards the environmental welfare, worker safety, and employee health. DBL’s project sites adhere to exacting regulatory and voluntary criteria as a demonstration of our commitment. DBL complies with environmental regulations applicable for construction sites, as stated in the Indian Constitution of States Article 51(G).
DBL, in the interests of responsible environmental management, is working to meet or exceed additional, self-imposed standards, including the adoption of applicable provincial and regional regulations. This means, if provincial, regional or municipal regulations or bylaws provide pertinent standards, DBL will endeavor to meet those standards. DBL also requires tenants on Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 and other Act, to meet the same standards.

A free Health Check Up Camp for all Dilipbuildcon employees, their families and nearby villagers was organized in 20th June 2018 at DBL Site Camp. The camp was organized in association with RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital, Goa. The 5 team members of Hospital including one Physician, arrived at the camp at 09:30 AM. He discussed various issue of health with the doctors. Free Physical examination along with free Random Blood Sugar (RBS), Blood Pressure.
