Technical OEM Trainings
Drivers and operators undergo extensive trainings on equipment operation and management. In FY17, 2000+ employees were trained by DBL's global partners.
Survey Training
In October 2017, Tecnicale conducted a training for DBL's Survey department.
CAT Training
In FY17, CAT has trained 450+ drivers and operators working on projects like Barela - Patan, Mandla - Chilpi, Gwalior - Shivpuri, Kerala Border - Kolegella, Guna - Biora.

Metso conducted a technical training at the Bhopal headquarters in January 2017.

DBL held it's annual All Mechanical Incharges Meet at the Bhopal headquarters. The event is hosted to share knowledge and build a robust technical community.

IBM WCM Training
This training is designed to introduce experienced web developers of DBL to the concepts and skills necessary to build a website and authoring system using IBM Web Content Manager. DBL's in-house technical talent learnt a new platform in continued partnership with IBM.
IBM SAP Training
IBM trained Dilip Buildcon Limited employees to use SAP software, to deploy, operate and troubleshoot any kind of issues in real-time.
