Joined DBL in 2010 as GM-Structure .Established strong team to handle all types of Structures. Currently heading the entire Structure Function & directly handling the highly complex structures like Segmental & Stay Cable Bridges (GOA-Cable Bridge). International Collaboration Channel created for expertise. Management has provided full support & direction for Stellar Growth.

Project Head - Guna Biora
I joined DBL in 2010 as a Construction Manager and have grown within the organization to the position of a Project Head. I have received management support and guidance, enabling me to deliver quality and innovative projects early. DBL's employees are treated like a family and benefit from an open-door policy.
Head - QA/QC
Quality is not an act, it is a habit. I was able fulfil my ideology only after September 2010 when I joined Dilip Builders as "QC Manager". Today, as Head QA/QC at DBL, I have had immense technical exposure and have applied new innovations to adhere to the highest levels of quality. At DBL, ownership of roles is promoted and rewarded.
Head - Fix Stone Crushing Plants
When I joined Dilip Builders in 2005, I was supervising all electrical activities on site. In 2007, I started managing Fixed Stone Crushing Plants. Recently, I took over managing Sand Plants and as liaison for various projects. I am very grateful to DBL for giving me the opportunity to manage and grow with complete freedom.
